The power of creative connectivity and collaborative networking

At BBsquared, we focus on achieving real progress for your diversity strategy and efforts, through unlikely partnerships that spark creativity. We architect provocative, progressive models that give you momentum and meaning. Our networking capacity is broad, deep and eclectic — it’s how we bring our one-of-a-kind heart and soul to each client and project.

Sean Driscoll, Principal & Founder

With over 30 years of managing and growing corporate, consumer, and public sector clients, Sean Driscoll is a seasoned collaborator, coordinator, negotiator, and communicator.

He held the first U.S. senior inclusion and diversity director role for National Grid (one of the largest utilities in the U.S.), and most recently, he served as director of business relations for Work Without Limits, a disability employment initiative of the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

After gaining deep insights and experience from these vast roles, Sean decided to create BBsquared as a platform for the development of provocative models around social justice and equality focused challenges. This is his passion and the driving force behind BBsquared. Our Services

Intuitive — Dynamic — Pioneering — Inspirational

Our Heartbeat

We have an inherent knack for realizing, identifying and leveraging the cross-connectivity of diversity, often below the surface, that can exponentially lead to greater outcomes.

Re-Entry

People with post-incarceration diversity face amazingly difficult challenges. BBsquared has evolved out-of-the-box thought concepts for individuals and employers to overcome fears and pitfalls that have historically derailed the chances for positive change.

LGBT

Whether advising on the formation of an employee resource group, strengthening sensitivity and knowledge around transgender workplace policies, or understanding LGBT self-identity amidst evolving equality across the LGBT landscape, BBsquared brings vast personal, professional, and life experiences to these topics.

Disability

From traditional employment barriers to the new frontiers around voluntary disability self-identification, we bring confidence to employee empowerment, and insight to employers who want to lead the way through cutting-edge action.

Our Work

Unlikely Partners

Communications and Marketing Campaign in Africa

On the Hope for Africa project, BBsquared partnered with Kellogg and Associates around a mission of getting more clean toilets installed in communal residential settings in poor urban communities of Ghana. The communications campaign is now empowering residential landlords with knowledge that is ultimately increasing the installation of these toilets in both school and residential settings.

Disability Diversity Candidate Attraction for Academic Programming

With the help of BBsquared as one of its consulting partners, MIT Sloan Executive Education will be aiming to increase the promotion, attraction and recruitment of executives and senior professionals with disabilities to their renowned slate of executive programming in 2016.

Forging Unique Partnerships

While at Work Without Limits, Sean forged a unique partnership between The Greater Boston Business Council (GBBC), Boston’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and Work Without Limits (Disability Employment). As a result of this, GBBC awarded Sean’s efforts with GBBC’s 2012 Awards for Excellence Business Member of the Year. Sean is proud of this achievement as a reflection of the spirit and power of cross connecting diverse communities towards greater impact.

Cross-Connectivity around Supplier Diversity

Sean played an instrumental role in convening the 1st annual S3 Diverse Vendor Summit: Synergy-Strength-Support, to Massachusetts. A first of its kind cross community event bringing together women, minority, LGBT, and disability owned businesses to support each other, grow supplier diversity certification, and foster the new frontier of dual and multiple certifications identity. A creative collaboration achieving greater collective empowerment.

Oswald "Oz" MondejarSVP of Mission Advocacy, Partners Continuing Care

I had the pleasure of working with Sean on a multi-partner, multi-community supplier diversity event, Synergy, Strength, Support. His vision and leadership were the impetus for the event, bringing together women, minority, LGBT and disability owned small businesses to encourage certification, cross-community networking and partnership. Sean's energy, enthusiasm and passion made the event the big success it was.
